Built on Lived Experience
We were founded by two Polynesian support workers who spent over five years in the disability sector and saw first-hand the gap in support for people transitioning out of incarceration. Excelling Abilities exists to fill that gap with genuine relationships, mentorship, and a belief that every person deserves a second chance.

We support self-managed NDIS participants with intellectual, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities to live independently and participate in their community.
